Main uses and structural features
★ The machine tool is a three-axis (x feeding axis, Z grinding wheel axis, B indexing axis) CNC Internal Grinding machine, which is mainly used for grinding the inner circular hole, inner conical hole, inner end face and outer end face of the work piece. The grinding cycle is completed automatically (with automatic feed, withdrawal, rough grinding and fine grinding); Automatic dressing of grinding wheel, automatic compensation, etc.).
★ The machine tool adopts the structural mode of work piece box do the feeding movement, B-axis indexing (torque rotary table) and left-right movement of worktable (grinding wheel frame). The work piece box feeding and grinding wheel frame movement guide rails are rolling linear guide rails, which are driven by servo motor through ball screws. The rotation speed of work piece spindle and grinding wheel spindle are controlled by frequency converter to realize stepless speed regulation.
★ The work piece clamping use a hydraulic power chuck, and other matching fixtures can be configured according to the particularity of the user's work piece.
