Structural features
● The machine tool is a two axis (x-axis is grinding wheel frame do the transverse oblique feeding and z-axis is worktable do the longitudinal movement) two linkage oblique feed end face CNC cylindrical grinding machine. The CNC system adopts international or domestic well- known brands. It has the functions of automatic feed, withdrawal, rough grinding, fine grinding, dressing of grinding wheel, automatic compensation, etc. With optional automatic measuring instrument, it can realize the full closed-loop function of grinding cycle of outer circle and end face.
● The grinding wheel spindle adopts sleeve type or dynamic and static pressure spindle, the grinding wheel frame guide rail adopts steel guide rail, the worktable guide rail adopts Flat-V plastic lubrication guide rail, and the servo motor is used to drive the feed mechanism and the worktable to move through ball screw.
● The main body of the machine tool is cast by cast iron, with a fully enclosed protective cover, a backpack type electrical cabinet in the rear and a rotary operation screen in the front.
